ESS in Canada is seeking a Director of Rooms, Remote Camp to lead housekeeping, janitorial and front desk operations at the lodge, including training, inspections, scheduling, inventory and payroll. You will develop and implement operational changes to grow housing and housekeeping, ensure profitability, hire and coach staff, and enforce safety programs and WHMIS regulations.
