The ideal candidate will practice general dentistry and seeks camaraderie in an office where having fun is just as important as providing excellent, patient centric care. Expectations of an Associate Dentist at our Clinic: Establish and maintain long-term patient relationships in a caring environment Communicate effectively with the clinical team and the patients, ensuring respect, professionalism and integrity Adhere to practice standards relevant to the dental profession Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or Completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam Licensed and in good standing with the provincial licensing (RCDSO) Valid BLS Certification About MCA Dental Group: Our vision is to provide our dentists with the autonomy they need to pursue their passion in dentistry.
