Maintain clean, safe facilities through detailed cleaning and painting work. This position includes light maintenance, inspections, and occasional weekend availability.
The Cleaner and Painter completes facility cleaning, guest suite turnover, and general sanitation duties. The work also includes residential or commercial painting, drywall repair, and basic repairs. Successful candidates follow safety procedures, manage supplies, and report property issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean designated areas through dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Clean restrooms, windows, guest suites, and turnover areas
- Collect garbage and maintain general sanitation standards
- Replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Assist with repairs, inspections, exterior upkeep, and security
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven residential or commercial painting experience
- Knowledge of drywall repair, mudding, taping, and finishing
- Familiarity with cleaning products and safe chemical handling
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds and work independently
Use cleaning, painting, repair, and inspection skills to maintain facilities, suites, common areas, and exterior property spaces.
