Lead HR programs and talent development for PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. in Richmond, British Columbia, supporting client groups across the district.
As a District HR Advisor, you will advise on HR programs, policies, practices, and compliance. You will develop recruitment strategies, coach leaders on employee relations, and support compensation and career management. The role also includes district planning, project evaluation, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise client groups on HR programs, policies, practices, and compliance
- Develop recruitment plans with appropriate sourcing strategies
- Coach supervisors on employee relations, compensation, and performance improvement
- Lead district HR planning projects and evaluate initiatives
- Oversee student programs and academic institution relationships
Requirements:
- Postsecondary human resources diploma or degree preferred
- Working toward an HR designation preferred
- Five years of progressive human resources experience preferred
- Research, analysis, recommendation, and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication, networking, coaching, and discretion with confidential information
