Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing InVision Staffing Services Inc. is providing a pay range of CA$55,000.00 to CA$60,000.00 per year. Our client is a recognized manufacturer of HVAC and fluid technology systems. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is a 12‑month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role. Responsibilities Maintain excellent communication with customers, ensuring proactive and efficient responses to their needs. Answer customer telephone inquiries and provide polite, professional service. Respond promptly to customer queries primarily by telephone, followed by email. Follow established policies and procedures, ensuring service standards and business objectives are met. Communicate proactively with internal and external departments to achieve service standards. Maintain records of approved customer contracts for accurate order processing. Maintain accurate customer data files. Process customer change orders and notify appropriate departments. Initiate sales returns following established procedures. Enter and acknowledge customer orders in the Manufacturing Planning System. Maintain a current regional order backlog. Expedite orders and inquiries as approved by management. Coordinate with finance regarding new or blocked accounts and keep customers informed. Coordinate with internal and external sales personnel. Work with procurement to ascertain delivery timescales. Coordinate with production personnel regarding lead times and delivery dates. Handle customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution for both customer and business. Coordinate with customer site personnel regarding product deliveries. Coordinate with company manufacturing, commercial administrative staff, and management to feed product issues back to source for corrective action. Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic attitude with exemplary problem‑solving skills. Previous experience in HVAC or MRP system usage is advantageous. Proactive, flexible approach to work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creative problem‑solving, conflict management skills in centralized or matrix structures. Ability to simplify complex problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and provide clear recommendations. Strong team‑oriented leadership skills with bias for action. Self‑directed and collaborative, focused on results. Open, authentic communication in all situations. Employment Rewards Contract to permanent role. Day shift.
