Lead renewable energy maintenance in Lucknow, Ontario, using advanced troubleshooting and repair skills while working primarily in the field.
EDF power solutions North America seeks an Operations Supervisor reporting to the Operations Manager. You will oversee maintenance and repair execution, support resource planning, and improve installed technology performance. The work includes generating assets, BOP, SCADA communications, and substations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical teams through daily maintenance and repair plans
- Coordinate communications between technicians and the Operations Manager
- Troubleshoot complex repairs and coach less skilled team members
- Execute maintenance on generating assets and SCADA communications
- Perform substation switching, inspections, and maintenance activities
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Five years as Senior Technician or three years in similar Lead Technician role
- Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills
- Valid driver’s license meeting organizational vehicle requirements
- Ability to interpret renewable energy technology drawings
