Your Role as an LPN Performing Nursing skills including assessments, wound care, spinal cord management, specialized skills with additional training as set out in the BCCNM College guidelines. Conducting nursing assessments and clinical care planning. Monitoring client health and updating care plans as needed. Supervising and mentoring Care Pros on medically delegated tasks. Conducting quality assurance visits and care consultations. Educating families and clients on medication, chronic conditions, and safety. Ensuring compliance with WorkSafe BC and regulatory standards. Requirements Current and active LPN license in British Columbia. Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care preferred. Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with documentation and electronic health records. Clear criminal background check. Able to lift 25 lbs as required for client care tasks. Must have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence, own vehicle, and valid auto insurance. Schedule Part-time: Flexible. Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Evening 7-9 pm. Occasional attendance for training sessions, meetings, or client emergencies may be required.
