Manage multiple teams, including performance, hiring, and disciplinary responsibilities Present team and project reviews to senior management Drive system architecture and development with end-users Manage budgets, planning, policies, and future strategy Oversee disaster recovery plans, testing, and application approvals Requirements:
15+ years in software engineering, technology leadership, and program management 8-10+ years managing managers and engineering teams Enterprise platform leadership in financial services or payments Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native development, and APIs Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred Bring enterprise engineering leadership, cloud-native development, and strategic program management to Citi’s applications organization.
