Lead restaurant operations at The Burger’s Priest Eglinton location through team coaching, scheduling, and guest service. Work mixed shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
As Assistant General Manager, you will support the restaurant team while taking direction from Senior Management. You will train employees, set expectations, manage inventory, and address customer concerns. The role also includes opening and closing independently, reconciling cash deposits, placing orders, and understanding food costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and coach the team to provide absolute service
- Open and close the restaurant independently as key holder
- Schedule employees while achieving labour targets
- Place orders and complete inventory counts
- Address concerns so guests leave satisfied
Requirements:
- Minimum two to three years leading a team
- Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask
- Ability to maintain composure in fast paced settings
