Leverage your reputation in the Canadian market to identify strategic opportunities and expand the firm's footprint through consultative engagement.* **Technical Eminence (Claims & Delay)**: Lead sophisticated analyses of project schedule delays, cost overruns, and productivity issues. Serve as the primary technical expert on high-profile disputes, providing independent, defensible professional opinions on cause-and-effect relationships.* **Engagement Leadership:** Define strategy and oversee the execution of complex consulting engagements. Ensure the delivery of high-quality work products that reconcile claim amounts and withstand rigorous scrutiny.* **Talent Development:** Mentor and develop a high-performing team of analysts and associates. Champion a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring the next generation of experts is nurtured within the practice.* **Thought Leadership**: Enhance Ankura’s brand by taking a leadership role in industry organizations and contributing to white papers or conferences, positioning yourself and the firm as market authorities.**Requirements:*** Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Advanced degree or professional certifications (P.Eng, PMP, PE) preferred.* Experience: 10+ years of disputes/claims consulting experience in the construction and engineering industries.* Expertise: Recognized proficiency in delay analysis and forensic scheduling is required. Must possess advanced skills in Primavera P6 and experience developing or analyzing schedule delay models.* Market Reputation: A demonstrated track record of originating work through professional networks and high-quality delivery.
