The HR MAI function acts as a catalyst for the human, cultural, technological and operational integration of acquired entities. It ensures consistency in HR practices, regulatory compliance and organizational resilience. The M&A HR Director leads a dedicated project team, working closely with business sectors, corporate functions (M&A, finance, legal, IT), and local HR teams in Canada and the United States.What you will accomplish with usAs Director of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integrations, you will be at the heart of our mission.
