This role requires a strong, results oriented sales leader with exceptional partner management skills and proven ability to scale revenue through partner programs and account expansion.What you will doScopeManage and grow relationships with consumer and small business independent dealersBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with existing major retail partners and distribution channelsSupport inbound and outbound telesales functions across domestic and international campusesSales Leadership & StrategyLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing consumer sales team to meet and exceed sales targets (volume and value) across multiple products and segmentsInstitutionalize sales processes, methodologies, and best practices that drive consistent, repeatable results across partnersCollaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategiesDevelop and implement territory planning and account segmentation strategiesDrive telesales performance by campaign and campus by delivering systematic improvements in each stage of the telesales value chainRevenue Growth & ExpansionEstablish and deliver clear account plans by partner which demonstrably increase TELUS share across all TELUS products and services and segmentsImplement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize total billable revenue customer lifetime value growth across each partner’s book of businessIdentify and execute new business opportunities within existing accounts through product expansion, service additions, and enhanced offeringsDrive quality growth with an emphasis on sales order quality, customer experience and cost to serveQualificationsWhat you bringExperience & Background10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in consumer-facing industriesProven track record managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholdersExperience in partnership development and channel management with major retail or distribution partnersDemonstrated experience in telesalesDemonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and account expansionExceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong analytical skills with ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plansExperience navigating complex organizational structures and identifying key decision-makersProven ability to manage diverse personalities and competing interests in partnership environmentsStrong negotiation skills and commercial acumenLeadership QualitiesTrack record of building and leading high-performing sales teamsAbility to influence and drive results through othersStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilitiesOutstanding communication and presentation skillsSuccess MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Sales Volume and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives and deliver year-over-year growth in total customer valueAccount Expansion: Increase in average account size and product penetration within existing accountsCustomer Retention: Maintenance of high customer satisfaction and retention rates across large accountsSales order quality: Measured by early tenure churn, customer cost to serve and yieldTeam Performance: Development of sales team capabilities and achievement of individual and team targetsYou will be successful if you are...A bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
