Corporate Insolvency Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role supports corporate clients through complex financial challenges, assisting with insolvency proceedings and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Open and manage bank accounts, reconcile statements, process payments, and handle deposits using Ascend Software Track and process payments to creditors, employees, and stakeholders during insolvency proceedings Prepare statements of receipts and disbursements, analyze variances, and draft interim Receiver’s reports Monitor financial obligations and maintain accurate records of liabilities throughout engagements Compile and submit court documents and maintain engagement schedules Support trust account management and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Assist with close‑out activities and other administrative tasks as required Contribute to process improvements, including leveraging AI tools for efficiency Qualifications Post‑secondary education in administration Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and ability to manage deadlines and stakeholder expectations Professionalism, discretion, and strong client service orientation Problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a technical, fast‑changing environment Flexibility in working hours to meet deliverable timelines If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the Apply button to send your resume directly to Tania Christensen.
