SAP S4HANA Acquire to Retire Solution Architect Company: Addmore Group Inc. Job Summary: Our global agribusiness client seeks an experienced senior architect to own the Acquire‑to‑Retire (A2R) solution. 12‑15 years in SAP EPPM‑Non‑SAP (Planisware), SAP Investment Management, SAP Project Systems, SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, with a proven track record designing complex, business‑centric SAP solutions. Responsibilities Architect and design SAP solutions for the A2R domain, ensuring design integrity from requirements to implementation. Lead ERP functional solution design, coordinating with system integrators to achieve high integration and user experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements, document configuration rationale, and produce functional specifications. Define optimal approaches for delivering required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives. Own solution design and oversee development to meet business needs. Plan, execute, and review test plans to validate solutions align with business intent. Assist managed service teams with escalated incidents and recommend appropriate resolution actions. Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, working independently or as part of a cross‑functional team. Qualifications 12‑15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field. Deep knowledge of SAP solutions and business processes in Capital Projects, including EPPM, SAP Investment Management, SAP Project Systems, and SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance. Experience with integrating SAP PS with third‑party scheduling systems such as Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems and Plant Maintenance modules and their interface with SAP FI/CO for costing, accounting, and reporting. Expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (S4HANA EAM/Plant Maintenance, Intelligent Asset Management, Fleet Management, SAP APM, and mobility solutions). Knowledge of best practices in Capital Projects Planning, Scheduling and Execution for manufacturing and fertilizer retail business units. Integration experience covering SAP PM with SAP Sourcing, procurement, inventory management, stock replenishment, MRO, and material requirement planning. Knowledge of integration of SAP Project Systems with SAP PM for turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages. Certification in any of the above SAP modules is an asset. Knowledge of SAP PM with EH&S module for safety and engineering change management. History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes. Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery. Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and committed to learning, teaching, and knowledge sharing.
