Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the SVP of R&D, the Director of iGaming will lead the digital transformation of Bluberi’s games, manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee third-party integrations, and ensure that the online portfolio meets market demands and regulatory requirements. This role reports functionally to the SVP of R&D and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the SVP of iGaming & International Sales for online product roadmap, commercial prioritization, market deployment, and P&L performance. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute Bluberi’s online gaming roadmap across multiple jurisdictions (New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and future markets).Business cases for new titles, platforms, commercial models, and strategic partnerships.Align strategic priorities with corporate goals while fostering innovation and long-term scalability.Define and manage online product strategy and release roadmap with the SVP of iGaming & International Sales, ensuring alignment with channel P&L targets and operator commitments. Participate in regular reviews of the online roadmap, prioritization, and performance metrics to agree on trade-offs impacting P&L, partner commitments, and dependencies.Product & Portfolio Management: Oversee porting land-based titles to HTML5 with feature fidelity and mobile-first UX; manage multi-RTP variants, demos, and jurisdiction-specific configurations; prioritize releases based on market data and regulatory timelines; collaborate with cross-functional teams; act as primary operational bridge between land-based product teams and online commercial organization.Compliance & Certification: Ensure regulatory adherence across markets; coordinate with labs for RNG, math, RTP, and platform certifications; uphold responsible gaming features and safer-by-design principles; ensure GLI-19 compliance and audit-ready documentation.Technology & Partnerships: Manage partnerships with RGS providers, aggregators, and tech vendors; oversee integration architecture, wallet models, APIs, and deployment environments; ensure secure hosting and ISO/IEC 27001 practices; collaborate to optimize performance.Team Leadership: Build the online studio, define org design, hiring plans, and team structure; foster collaboration between land-based and online teams; establish processes, KPIs, and career development paths.Analytics & Optimization: Implement telemetry dashboards and KPIs to evaluate game performance, player behavior, and retention; use analytics to refine gameplay, UX, RTP balancing, and monetization; drive continuous improvement for competitive differentiation. Required Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology or related field.10+ years in iGaming, slot gaming, or casino entertainment.Proven leadership in online gaming/iGaming with successful product launches.Strong understanding of HTML5 environments, RGS systems, platform integrations, and regulatory standards.Analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and strategic decision-making.Excellent communication in English (and French is a plus).Proficiency with Office productivity tools. Physical DemandsRegular speaking/listening, mobility (standing, walking, sitting), and manual dexterity.Visual requirements include near/far and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus flexibility.Occasional local, national, or international travel may be required.
