We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Service Project Sales Representative to join our Nova Scotia Service team located at 60 Cutler Avenue, Dartmouth, NS. Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and material procurement.Account Management Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning solutions to their operational and sustainability goals.Energy & Controls Leadership: Proactively identify opportunities to integrate energy efficiency and advanced controls into client projects. Present compelling proposals with ROI analysis and energy savings justification.Improve Client Relations: Work closely with existing clients to uncover current and future facility and business needs in order to position tailored solutions that positively impact their overall business drivers.Sales Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast opportunities, and report progress.What We're Looking ForProven success in HVAC and/or Building Automation sales.Strong account management skills with a consultative approach.Ability to position energy and sustainability solutions as value‑added offerings.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, organized, and results driven.Willingness and ability to be coached.Education & ExperienceMechanical engineering or technology diploma/degree (asset).OR multiple years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in the construction mechanical and/or HVAC industry may substitute for education requirements.Excellent knowledge and experience in HVAC or controls.3–5 years in a similar sales role within the mechanical service industry (asset).Technical SkillsKnowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and energy optimization.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook); experience with Salesforce is an asset.Strong written and verbal communications skillsOrganization and time management #J-18808-Ljbffr
