Run the day-to-day shop, lead the team, work with customers, help close sales, and keep the business moving — a hands-on role in a fast-paced Calgary automotive restyling shop.
The role
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced automotive shop. One minute you might be helping a customer choose between PPF and vinyl, the next you’re checking the schedule, getting film ready for the installers, following up on a lead, or grabbing a video of a freshly wrapped car for Instagram.
If you like cars, people, sales, social media, and actually getting things done, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do
Run the shop
- Own the day-to-day operations of the shop.
- Manage and support the team.
- Keep our CRM, schedule, work orders, invoices, and customer records organized.
- Make sure jobs, customers, and staff don’t fall through the cracks.
Customers & sales
- Answer calls, talk to customers, follow up with leads, and help close sales.
- Manage customer expectations — and handle issues head‑on when they come up.
Production support
- Help prep and plot film for upcoming jobs — we’ll train you on the equipment.
Content & social
- Take photos and video of the cars we work on.
- Run Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and our other channels.
- Create Reels, Stories, before-and-afters, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Help grow YYC Wraps organically online.
Who we’re looking for
Wrap, PPF, tint, detailing, or automotive shop experience is a big plus. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
- Can sell, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
- Is great with customers.
- Can manage people without creating drama.
- Is organized and comfortable with technology.
- Understands social media and what makes good content.
- Can handle pressure and solve problems.
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Has good judgment — knows how to manage customer risk and expectations.
You do not need to be a professional installer, photographer, or content creator. We can teach the technical parts. We need someone confident, capable, organized, and ready to take ownership of the shop.

- $60,000–$70,000 per year, full-time.
- Training on the technical side — plotting, film prep, and the equipment.
- All equipment provided — you don’t bring your own anything.

About YYC Wraps
We’re a Calgary-based automotive restyling shop specializing in vinyl wraps, PPF, coloured PPF, tint, and ceramic coatings. We work on some pretty cool vehicles, we have a strong local reputation, and we’re continuing to grow.
