Hire, mentor, and develop backend, platform, and AI engineers Set scalable technical strategy and roadmap for KeyCite Productionize generative AI and machine learning capabilities Modernize processing, publishing, and platform services Establish standards for reliability, testing, and AI evaluation Requirements:
10+ years’ experience and 7+ years in software engineering 2+ years managing teams of 10 or more people Hands-on proficiency in Python and Java Experience with scalable backend or distributed systems Strong cloud experience, preferably AWS Guide KeyCite’s AI engineering, platform modernization, and production delivery while leading teams through complex technical change.
