What You’ll Be Doing Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand what they are asking for. Educate customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice. Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help clients achieve their goals. Nurture strong, long‑standing relationships. Develop, retain, and grow branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience. What You Need To Succeed Appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence in customer service. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment aligned to customer goals. Ability to uncover and solve for customers’ needs.
