As the Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.ResponsibilitiesProviding Service Technicians with required partsOverseeing inventory and requesting required partsSupporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound ordersSelling parts products and providing excellent service to customersProviding multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotesFollowing up on outstanding quotes, working to close all possible ordersCollecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfactionProcessing customer credits and returns efficientlyRecording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documentsRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:At least one year of experience in a related parts roleAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs.Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)A customer-oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detailConfident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomouslyBenefitsCompany paid medical health care plan for you and your dependentsDental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverageAnnual health care spending accountLife insurance, short term disability, and travel insuranceSick leave plan – 100% employer paidEmployee assistance programsRRSP matchingThe base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses.This is an onsite role based in Belle River, Ontario.Leavitt Machinery would like to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
