Senior Project Manager/Leader X 2 Procom Procom, on behalf of our Healthcare client, is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 12‑month contract. This hybrid role includes up to 3 days onsite at the client's Toronto office. Job Description These roles are part of the Health Workforce Strategy and Implementation team, focusing on developing and implementing new nursing programs. The Senior Project Manager will support the recruitment and retention of nurses in Ontario’s Long‑Term Care sector through communications, operations tracking, and project milestone reporting. Responsibilities Provide project management for large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk initiatives. Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain detailed project schedules and/or integrated plans. Develop and present materials on Health Human Resources programs, using strong communication skills. Communicate with external stakeholders regarding project participation and guidelines. Oversee operational tasks and workflow for assigned health workforce projects. Apply tactical and strategic thinking to ensure project effectiveness despite changing circumstances. Collaborate with high-level stakeholders to problem‑solve and negotiate solutions. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects. 7+ years of experience in a leadership role managing projects. 7+ years of stakeholder relationship management experience. Master’s degree preferred or relevant undergraduate degree. 7+ years of experience in the non‑profit, healthcare, and/or government sector. Public sector experience. Strong understanding of project management principles. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Advanced Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). PMP certification. Broad knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system. Experience in a health human resources‑related role. Assignment Length 12‑month contract. Start Date ASAP. Assignment Location Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at the client’s discretion.
