The Manager, Clinic Services is accountable for creating an environment at our New Liskeard clinic that exemplifies CBI Health’s purpose, values and client promise. Further, this role is crucial in the development of team members by effectively coaching, mentoring, and engaging clinical and non-clinical team members, while also building and deepening partnerships in the community that result in business growth. The Manager, Clinic Services leads the clinic in delivering outstanding client experience, executing effective and efficient clinical programs, and ensuring successful attainment of clinical excellence and associated business outcomes; effective leadership of complex and acute care services including physical rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and mental health is the key to success in delivering this mandate.
