Sr In-Force Policy Service Associate

Sr In-Force Policy Service Associate (bilingual) - Contract Join Canada Life to work in a dynamic, innovative organization. Accountabilities Provide first‑rate customer service to policy owners, advisors/brokers, Living Benefits managers, accountants, lawyers, financial institutions, and Head Office departments. Provide technical/contractual information and direction by interpreting contractual policy provisions, tax regulations, existing guidelines, and system processes. Handle requests received by email and over the phone. Consult with senior peers where necessary to develop satisfactory solutions. Accurately administer contractual and non‑contractual changes. Ensure proper authorizations, accurate calculations, and updated system records when processing changes and quotes. Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of current and historical Living Benefits products. Provide input to leadership to improve workflow, processes, and procedures. Consistently meet or exceed established standards for production and quality. Accurately index and triage incoming and completed work in the OnBase workflow system. Contribute to special assignments or projects in support of department goals. Qualifications and Competencies Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Self‑motivated and able to handle a challenging workload. Demonstrated customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new concepts quickly. Excellent math and problem‑solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. Exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion. Willingness to pursue learning and self‑development through corporate and industry courses. Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills. Post‑secondary diploma in a related field is an asset. Compensation Base salary: $40,300.00 minimum – $67,000.00 maximum annually. Additional variable compensation (annual bonus, commission, etc.) is not included in the base figure.
