OverviewPosition Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives align with business goals.Location: Within GTA, CanadaStatus: Full-Time OR ContractResponsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques; report on milestones and deliverables.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using standard change management processes.Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on status, challenges, and outcomes.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for management on performance, lessons learned, and process improvements.Support the development and continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Minimum [3–5+] years of project management experience, preferably in [industry or domain].Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet).Nice to Have:PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.Master’s degree preferredAbout AdastraFor more than 25 years, Adastra Corporation has been hyper-focused on data and the infrastructures to support it.
