McLaughlin Truss is currently looking for a Production Manager to join our team. This position is located in Fredericton NB. McLaughlin Truss is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Atlantic Canada and New England States.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Train, supervise and work directly with the team to assemble panelized floor and wall systems.
Supervise the loading and logistics of all outbound panel shipments
Maintenance of all production equipment
Ensure company’s safety policies and procedures are being maintained
Quality assurance to ensure quality standards for the company are being met
Work directly with design department for drawings and packages

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of floor and wall panel production experience
Able to read and interpret production shop drawings
Strong attention to detail and able to work directly with the design team
Effective problem solving and time management skills
Driven to optimize and improve processes
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Leadership and supervisory skills
