Develop automotive repair skills at Royal Oak Nissan as a third or fourth year Apprentice Technician with modern equipment and mentorship. Work toward Journeyman certification in a dealership service team.
This registered apprentice position supports vehicle maintenance and repairs under licensed technicians. You will complete inspections, preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting while following manufacturer and dealership standards. The work includes oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, documentation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs under licensed technicians
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle concerns
- Perform oil changes, tire services, and brake repairs
- Maintain repair documentation and organized work areas
Requirements:
- Registered third or fourth year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and quality commitment
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
Build toward Journeyman certification through hands-on automotive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and training at Royal Oak Nissan.
