Senior Quality Automation Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated Senior Quality Engineer focused on automation to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the highest level of product quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create test plans. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and quality. Investigate and troubleshoot issues in automated test scripts and test environments. Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. aptop Document test cases, test results, and provide regular reports on test coverage and quality metrics. Support the execution of strategic initiatives and build effective relationships with stakeholders. Analyze strategic problems, data, and information to provide insights and recommendations. Lead initiatives, coordinate resources, and manage problems to resolution when necessary. Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in IT or business environment, or a bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business. Proven experience in quality assurance and test automation. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and identify problem areas across testing. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of performance and security testing. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Salesforce knowledge is an asset. Salary: $75,900.00 - $141,900.00 (Salaried) Benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
