Build restaurant leadership expertise with Chipotle through crew training, scheduling, and operational management. This position includes a standard 50-hour workweek.
Chipotle’s Apprentice General Manager assists with the day-to-day operation of a restaurant and learns to run a strong business. You will support hiring, training, scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, and recruiting. Success requires hospitality, leadership, and commitment to guest-ready standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and manage daily restaurant business operations
- Create and manage restaurant schedules
- Support recruiting and interviewing activities
- Keep dining areas clean and guest-ready
- Lead food safety and compliance practices
Requirements:
- Guest-focused passion for hospitality
- Genuine interest in people development
- Desire to grow into General Manager responsibilities
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for ten hours daily
Grow toward General Manager leadership by developing people and managing Chipotle restaurant operations, schedules, and business standards.
