• Support daily operations, including sales and merchandising
• Coach and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:
• 2+ years retail experience, with 1-2 years in supervision
• Strong passion for home décor and design
• Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with POS systems in retail
