Stock merchandise overnight at The Home Depot while operating equipment and supporting customers with project-focused service when required.
As a Freight Team Associate, you will organize sales floors, maintain accessible aisles, and move merchandise safely. The work includes stocking, order preparation, customer engagement, and overhead organization. You will communicate with freight teammates to place products correctly while following safety and loss prevention procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock merchandise onto shelves to achieve full availability
- Pack out and pack down merchandise as directed
- Merchandise new items and promotions across assigned areas
- Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable aisles
- Organize overheads and communicate product placement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience an asset
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work overnight, evening, and weekend shifts
- Equipment operation knowledge an asset
