Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and triage overnight mental health cases
• Conduct real-time crisis and suicide risk assessments
• Guide members through intake calls for support
• Coordinate with emergency services during crises
• Document interactions accurately for clinical clarity
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or human relations
• 2+ years of intervention experience in a related field
• Available for overnight shifts, including weekends
