We encourage employees to bring their true selves and share their unique talents and expertise to positively impact the communities we serve.Job DescriptionAs a Billing Specialist, responsibilities include but are not limited to:Initiate and create client records: Accurately set up and maintain comprehensive records for all clients.Assemble client-provided information: Organize and manage the information provided by clients, ensuring it is readily accessible for internal use.Reach out to practice staff as required: Collaborate with practice staff to gather necessary information or resolve any issues related to client records.Help with invoicing and WIP clearance: Support the invoicing process and ensure that all WIP is cleared in a timely manner.QualificationsWhat you’ll bring to this roleAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you workA demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectivesCommitted to providing high quality work and maintaining timelinesA strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Microsoft Suite of productsCertifications related to office administration, accounting software (such as QuickBooks or SAP), project management (PMP or CAPM), or data analysis tools (like Microsoft Excel certifications) preferredEffective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clientsAbility to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of workFlexible in terms of work schedule as services all Canadian time zones and overtime is requiredBachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineAdditional InformationPlease note this is a 3-6 month full-time contract opportunity, starting from Jan 2026 (with the possibility of extension). Hybrid work schedule, in office when required.
