Overview Reporting to the Managing Director, People & Culture, this high‑impact role combines strategic advisory with hands‑on implementation, shaping inclusion across one of Atlantic Canada’s most respected law firms. Responsibilities In this role, you will design and implement an IDEA strategy that aligns with the firm’s priorities and supports both lawyers and professional staff. This includes conducting diagnostic assessments, establishing metrics and governance frameworks, and integrating IDEA into talent processes and business operations.
