Due to continued framework successes, we seek to recruit a Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to join our Wastewater Team in Bristol. We are looking for entry level candidates who may have limited experience in the area but with good analytical skills and a desire to learn.We aren't just engineers, environmental professionals, or consultants. Your role To develop computer models, to investigate flooding and environmental problems and generation of outline solutions. Build, verification and analysis of hydraulic sewer models outputs. To development of 1D and 2D models to investigate flood risk and flooding mechanisms. Data handling and analysis. Use of GIS software (such as MapInfo & ArcGIS), to support our understanding of complex environmental problems. Development of reports and other project deliverables. Survey planning and survey supervision. To support junior members of the team, to proactively solve environmental problems for our clients. Previous demonstrable experience in wastewater modelling using InfoWorks ICM. Proactive self-starter, with a desire to learn and develop technically and be working towards a professional qualification. Good written and verbal communication skills.
