Infusion Nurse (RN) – Abbotsford, BC Location: Abbotsford, BC Schedule: Casual Hourly Rate: $43.00 - $47.00 Carecor is looking for a Specialty Pharma Nurse (Registered Nurse) to deliver and monitor specialized pharmacological treatments in home and clinic settings. You will administer injectable or oral therapies, monitor patients for infusion‑related reactions, and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting. You’ll maintain clear communication with the Specialty Nursing team to support patient safety and satisfaction. Specialized pharmacological training will be provided. Responsibilities Administer injectable or oral therapies to patients. Monitor patients for infusion‑related reactions and intervene as required. Accurately document the procedure and submit reporting in a timely manner. Maintain clear communication with the Specialty Nursing team. Support patient safety and satisfaction throughout the infusion process. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited nursing education program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent. Current registration and in good standing with the provincial nursing regulatory body. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required for clinic role). Chemotherapy – Biotherapy education or course completion is an asset. Experience in a critical care or oncology infusion clinic, or home care is preferred. Experience administering specialty pharmaceuticals using peripheral IV initiation or central lines. Valid driver’s license. Willing to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check as a condition of hire.
