Role Summary As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming business needs into actionable requirements. You will work closely with internal clients to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and translate these into detailed specifications for our development team. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in prioritizing features and shaping our product roadmap. Key responsibilities include: Requirement Gathering: Conduct meetings with internal clients to discuss and understand their business needs and requirements related to the product. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure they are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business goals. Business Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Translate business needs into detailed, actionable business requirements and functional specifications for the development team. Product Roadmap Management: Work closely with product managers to understand and contribute to the product roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine feature implementation strategies. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and priorities. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure successful project delivery. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role, within Project and Program Management or enterprise solutions. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements. Experience with product roadmap management and feature prioritization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in using business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
