Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain specific issues in writing. Your feedback supports evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
- Rank voice exchanges for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
- Compare generated images and videos against prompts
- Inspect outputs for artifacts, motion, text, and audio issues
- Write evidence-based explanations of evaluation decisions
Requirements:
- Fluent English with strong written communication
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews
- Ability to decide when both options have flaws
