You will define product strategy and build AI‑native, agentic, and MCP-based frameworks that check, monitor, and surface how services are performing against requirements; guide owners to remediate vulnerabilities and gaps; and increasingly, to automate remediation on their behalf. On an average day, you might align on a multi‑year vision with senior leadership; refine an experimentation plan with AI/ML and platform engineers; review UX flows for an internal remediation assistant; analyze telemetry from thousands of services; and tell a crisp story that connects trust posture improvements to customer and regulatory outcomes. Job Requisition ID 25WD93731 Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for internal tools and frameworks that use AI, MCP, and agentic methods to assess, explain, and improve security, privacy, responsible AI, and resilience across services. Collaborate with design, data science, and engineering to craft experiences that are powerful for technical users yet understandable for non‑technical stakeholders, including AI‑supported dashboards and narratives that communicate in plain language. Work closely with internal customers to discover pain points in current trust workflows, identify high‑value agentic and automation use cases, and validate them through rapid experimentation and iterative releases. Define clear success metrics for trust posture, remediation velocity, and user adoption; instrument products to capture those signals and use them to drive prioritization and continuous improvement. Evangelize the product vision and influence senior stakeholders by telling compelling, data‑backed stories about how automated, AI‑driven trust tooling reduces risk, improves developer experience, and strengthens customer trust. Drive innovation by identifying emerging AI, MCP, and agentic techniques and rapidly iterating on new capabilities to improve impact. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of product management or closely related experience, including significant time working on platform, infrastructure, developer tooling, or data/AI products. Proven ability to take products from 0→1 by defining vision, building roadmaps, and delivering features. Demonstrated ability to discover, define, deliver, and iterate on complex technical products, including working closely with engineers to translate abstract requirements into concrete designs and shipped features. Experience building products for technical users (e.g., developers, SDETs, data/ML engineers) and driving adoption of internal platforms or tools at scale. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and risk concepts to both deeply technical and non‑technical audiences and to build consensus across stakeholders. Proven track record of using data and telemetry to prioritize work, measure impact, and refine product strategy. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a large, matrixed organization and drive outcomes across distributed teams and time zones. Preferred Qualifications Background in AI, LLMs, or agentic systems, especially products that use tools, planning, or automation to act on behalf of users in real workflows. Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and context‑management frameworks (e.g., Model Context Protocol). Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI. Experience designing or operating autonomous/agentic systems, including prompt routing or multi‑model orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with open‑source AI standards and interoperability frameworks that enable multi‑model or multi‑tool ecosystems. Experience in one or more Trust‑related domains such as application security, privacy engineering, compliance engineering, responsible AI, or service reliability/resilience. Familiarity with relevant regulations and frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRAMP, AI governance or risk frameworks) and how they translate into technical controls and evidence.
