Responsibilities As a Claims Representative I, Property, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle service claims for the organisation. You will contribute to the client service culture through professional interactions with clients and implementing innovative, client‑centric solutions. How You Will Create Impact Interpret and apply coverages, participate in major event response, and negotiate and settle service claims with a focus on behaviour‑based outcomes. Communicate with clients, deliver clear messages, resolve concerns, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient, timely, and quality settlement of claims. Investigate and identify opportunities for salvage and sub‑rogation recoveries through appropriate guidelines. Share claims handling knowledge with business partners to support the organisation and provide feedback to the leadership team on process efficiencies to enhance client experience. Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, aiming to make the organisation an industry leader in client engagement. What You Need To Know You will travel occasionally. Potential exposure to conditions requiring health and safety protection (chemicals, noise, dust, debris). This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment. Rotational on‑call schedule with shifts during evenings and weekends. Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required during peak periods and major events. You may provide support to clients experiencing personal or financial loss; a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is required.
