Plant Manager, Manufacturing Posted on January 22, 2026 by The CTD Group Overview Responsible for developing production schedules, managing daily operations, ensuring equipment maintenance, and leading plant staff to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Evaluate and plan daily operations. Read blueprints and drawings. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend machine replacements.

Hire, supervise, and train employees on new equipment or production techniques. Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and work methods. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Implement operating procedures preventing infection in special situations and outbreaks.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

5 years or more in production operations or project planning. Knowledge of ISO 9000/9001 quality management standards. Strong written and oral communication, judgment, organization, reliability, multitasking, leadership. Location Winnipeg, MB (West St.

Paul) Work on site (no remote work).

Salary

$70,000 to $120,000 per year (negotiable), 40 hours per week.
