Overview Drive governance, planning, and execution oversight for large technology programs. Ensure projects align with strategic objectives, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver on time and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee deployments and integration of technology infrastructures, data collection systems, and analytics platforms to support accuracy, reliability, and scalability of smart grid systems. Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans to deliver technology solutions on time and within scope. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning for critical infrastructures to ensure resilience. Integration of IoT data structures with enterprise platforms for unified operational reporting. Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of project managers, engineers, and technology professionals to ensure successful delivery. Supervise design and enforcement of data security and compliance policies to protect infrastructure data and customer information. Drive digital transformation initiatives in IoT, including smart meters, connectivity, as well as data intelligence. Manage relationships with technology vendors, utility partners, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred. 15 years plus in large scale program management with matrixed global environment. 10+ years of experience in utilities industry, including smart grid and IoT solutions. Strong knowledge of IoT technologies, data management, cybersecurity, smart metering is a plus. Proven ability to lead large‑scale metering deployments in a matrixed, global environment. Experience with integration of ERP and billing platforms. Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution for complex technical projects. Familiarity with digital transformation in utilities, including automation and advanced analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Project oversight and stakeholder engagement. AMI (Advanced Metering Technology) would be a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
