Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the electrical build of custom machine projects from release of prints, panel wiring, machine wiring, debug and installationOversee project lead personnel by providing support and guidanceRequest and oversee all electrical contractorsEnsure all electricians are completing tasks as requiredEnsure and maintain project timelinesOrganize electrical areas (Panel shop and Field area)Assist in start-up and de-bugging of machinesTroubleshoot equipment – as requiredMaintain SPM and customer standardsHelp maintain and track current stock of consumablesTrain staff in terms of procedures, assembly methods, etcLiaise with Controls Manager for guidance/direction/wiring best practices, etcManage HR functions for reporting subordinates including but not limited to conducting performance reviews, ensuring required training is given and monitoring and approving timesheetsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities442A or 309A Industrial Electrician LicenseHighschool/GED certificate requiredRelevant Computer skills – MS Office programs, ERP SystemsGood background in electrical schematic reading, component layout, wiring methods, electrical machine assembly, routing, strain relief, trouble shooting and problem solvingGood working knowledge of electrical standards, machine controls, sensors and safety devicesMust be able to troubleshoot equipment in all facets of the electrical control system and devicesMust have good communication and organizational skillsMaintain a clean and safe environmentWillingness to adapt to evolving technologies and methods in the field of industrial automationExcellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issuesAbility to think critically and propose effective solutionsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to travel to customer sites to install projects and perform customer service callsReporting SubordinatesElectrical TechnicianReporting ToProduction Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
