Programmer Analyst

Job Description : Services Required : PHAS is seeking a Programmer Level 3 to join the Community and Connected Care technical support team. The selected candidate will support both steady-state operations and project-based initiatives. Responsibilities include system operations, user support, third-party software upgrades, system enhancements, performance improvements, security upgrades, and participation in on-call rotation. Key Deliverables : Complete application release activities as assigned. Deliver maintenance, support, and development activities (e.g., service requests, releases, incidents, and problems). Resolve incident and problem management tasks. Update team knowledge bases and documentation, as required. Provide operational support as part of a scheduled team on-call rotation. Perform additional duties such as participation in team scrums and documentation updates. Sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete Department Privacy Training before starting the assignment. Mandatory Requirements : A University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered. Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Management / Information Technology (IM / IT). Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Programmer in programming and analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in XX. Proposals that do not clearly demonstrate the candidate’s ability to meet these mandatory requirements will be disqualified. Scored Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience working with Provincial Health Care and Electronic Health Records (EHR) applications. Over 10 years of experience developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions based on business requirements. Minimum 2 years of experience with integration engines, such as Rhapsody. Over 10 years of experience working with Oracle and SQL Server. Minimum 5 years of experience with PowerShell scripting. Minimum 5 years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Minimum 1 year of experience working with Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) tools such as Initiate or Infosphere. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
