Your Role as a Structural Engineering Technology Co-op Student: Choose your own adventure Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a structural engineering technology co-op student, your role will include: Working with senior engineers and designers in the design of a wide variety of buildings, industrial facilities, water treatment facilities and other structural systems. Working and collaborating with an established, multidisciplinary, integrated technical team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure that project deadlines are met, and final deliverables align with client expectations. Assisting in drawing production utilizing industry leading software (AutoCAD, Revit). Assisting in developing designs to modify existing structures and designing additions and/or repairs. Accompanying staff during visits to construction sites and reporting on observations. Assisting with carrying out studies, preparing reports, developing design documents, and providing services during construction. Why Join Us?
