Pay and Benefits Pay rate $41.51/h Sign‑on bonus $5,000 Stable hours for your financial stability Tool allowance worth $500 annually Boot allowance worth $250 annually Uniforms and PPE provided Extensive paid training opportunities Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability) Pension and more Please note that benefits may vary by site. Hours and Location Monday – Friday every week Shift 2 PM – 11 PM Working in a repair/maintenance shop at our Mount‑Forest Hauling site Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts. Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs). Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns. Conduct safety checks on vehicles. Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times. Assist senior mechanics in project work. Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and established safety procedures.
