As the Manager for the Canada and Latin America (CALA) People Consultant Business Partners (PCBP) team, you will lead and mentor a team of PCBPs across the region while retaining a direct strategic partnership with key business units. You will act as a primary connector between Business HR and Frontline HR, translating high-level business strategy into actionable people plans. Whether overseeing your team’s delivery of core HR processes or personally driving complex organizational designs and escalations, you will ensure operational excellence and cultural alignment across the region. Drive strategic alignment on cross-market Product Area priorities, ensuring they are represented and prioritized in the team's country People plans.
