Irving (if applicable) Responsibilities Support the management of various capital improvement projects Lead continuous improvement projects Troubleshoot and problem‑solve chronic machine issues with maintenance and operations personnel Work with OEMs to solve ongoing maintenance issues Work closely with maintenance and operations personnel Align groups of people to develop processes, procedures, and policies Partner with subject matter experts to scope, plan and manage electrical projects including controls upgrades within a highly automated, PLC‑driven manufacturing environment Qualifications Education required: Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related program Fluent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP software beneficial High level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to work in a highly organized manner where detail, accuracy, confidentiality, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines are critical About Us Founded in 1882, J.D.
