Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR insights
• Collaborate with teams on standardized HR metrics
• Build and optimize data models in SAP SuccessFactors
• Automate processes using Power Apps and workflows
• Conduct data validation and quality audits
Requirements:
• Current Canadian post-secondary student in HR or Data Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI fundamentals
• Experience in data cleaning and validation processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ad-hoc reporting tools Leverage your analytical skills to drive business decisions at PowerCo while enhancing your HR expertise.
