As a Senior QA Developer, you will lead a team that constructs cutting‑edge Information Management Solutions, supporting sustainable supply chains, refugee assistance, and medical data access. Your Impact In this role you’ll cultivate an engineering mindset, driving innovative software solutions that address real‑world problems and shape the future of information management. What The Role Offers As a Senior QA Developer, you will: First three months: Gain a basic understanding of the CRSB product suite. Learn the team’s automation environment, tools, and processes. Review test automation, scheduled runs, and participate in root‑cause analysis for failures. Implement simple fixes for failed tests to increase coverage. Design and review the work of peer engineers. Three to nine months: Design and develop multiple automated test suites. Contribute to ongoing automation improvement efforts. Help conceive a next‑generation automation solution. Beyond nine months: Improve overall test automation quality. Contribute to a company‑wide, modular, robust, and efficient automation framework. Qualifications Proven experience administering Windows and Linux OS, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper‑V. Proficiency in automation scripting using PowerShell and/or Python. Strong test automation experience with solid object‑oriented programming (C#, Java, PowerShell). Familiarity with RESTful/API automation, virtualization platforms, and modern Windows environments. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL) and tools like Jenkins, Visual Studio, TestLink, Git, MS Office. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting (Python, Bash).\ Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment with a proactive mindset and rapid learning capability. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Demonstrated independence, efficiency, and contribution to team growth. Passion for automation engineering and a growth‑oriented attitude toward emerging technologies.
