Overview Join to apply for the Travel Nurse - Home Care RN role at Bayshore HealthCare. Are you seeking an exciting Registered Nurse RN (Home Care) experience in Canada's remote northern communities? Bayshore HealthCare’s Northern Staffing program has provided high-quality community health care solutions to Canada's North since 1997. Our Healthcare Professionals work closely with diverse Indigenous communities (First Nations, Inuit and Métis), providing care to community members. We hire passionate team-members from all over Canada who travel on assignments to remote northern communities of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. We provide a unique way to experience an expanded clinical scope of practice while enjoying an adventure at the same time Average assignment durations vary from 2 to 6 weeks. Responsibilities Visit homes and long-term care facilities to treat residents as needed Treat, monitor, follow up on stable conditions in-home on a daily or weekly basis In-home assessment and care for patients who may be unable to visit the clinic for ongoing assessment Why Bayshore?
